ROBERT CLAYSON PERCUSSION

One of the biggest challenges composers face is finding time to learn, rehearse, and record all of the music that they write. These challenges are only compounded when writing for ensembles, not just solo performers. To that end, there is a significant portion of my music (both published and unpublished) that has either never been played at all by an ensemble or has been performed but not recorded. I have provided a list of these pieces below. If you or your ensemble has either performed and recorded one of the pieces on this list or would be interested in performing and recording one of the pieces on this list, I would love to feature the recordings here! To my knowledge, there are several of these pieces that are still waiting for their premiere as well!
